Dear Patient,

As concern grows over the Coronavirus pandemic, we want you to know that  your health and the health of our staff are of primary concern.

We have been closely following mandates that are being put into place by  various medical and goverment agencies. These agencies are advising that all elective non-urgent surgeries are to be postponed. Office appointments that are non urgent should be rescheduled at a later date. We will be available for urgent problems (such as bleeding and pain or other significant symptoms) as well as OB visits for face to face evaluation. If you can not determine if you need to be seen or not call the office and we will guide you (512-444-1811). If no answer at our office please leave a message on our voice mail and we will call you back during our modified office hours 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday through Friday. If your condition is urgent and can not wait please call the answering service (Med Link) at 512-323-5465, state the nature of your urgency and they will page Dr. Asfouri. If you have an emergency please call 911.

We are doing our utmost to keep our office safe: from frequent hand washing to sterlizing surfaces to distancing between staff and patients and scattering appointments to minimize the number of people in the office at one time.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and please stay informed and stay safe. Our thoughts are with you and everyone else during these difficult times. This virus danger will pass, like other calamaties that the human has endured in the past, hopefully without much more difficulties. If humans all over continue to work together we will mitigate the effect of this virus.
